I hope you're trolling.
If you do some research, you'll see that AA's are built for a lifetime and your children's children's children's children's lifetime. metal on metal seal means no gasket to replace. Not to mention the AA's come in 30+qt sizes.

An All American PC is ten times the thickness of a made in china presto, will last for generations, and only twice the price. This makes AA the bargain brand. RR

I'm on my 2nd cheapo Presto pressure canner. The issue is that the metal warps. The metal kinda bows out at the bottom. You want the bottom nice and flat so it makes perfect contact with the stove. Mine warped to the point I had to keep the burner on 8 or 9 just to maintain pressure. I got a new one and it would keep pressure at 4.5, but now after some use it's already increased to 5.5.

There are soooo many pros of the AA over the presto when it comes to an AA vs. Presto converstation. Too many to in fact list. A few of them already have been mentioned above.
For look at several differenat reasons why an AA is better then a presto, HAVE A LOOK AT THIS THREAD!

Haven't had any issues with my Presto, it holds the correct pressure for the time I need, which is what it's supposed to do. It's about value, and I don't think the AA is worth twice as much when it doesn't DO twice as much. AA might be nicer but I liken these things to doors; a really nice door and a good door will both open and shut.

the difference is not function-ability. It's quality and durability

1.5 to 2 years (for me) it depends on how often you use it and if you clean it/ take care of it etc.
I have 3 x3 the space for more than half the price haha

the round thing is probably the gasket, which provides the airtight seal
the little black thing is the blow out safety (pops out when <20 psi)
I've never had to replace a gauge. hummm maybe i should get it inspected ?

Gauges will last a couple of years usually, but everyone should have a supply of spare parts, regardless of the brand you buy. The first time you drop the lid, your gauge is going to break off. I keep two blowout plugs, two gauges, two toggle valves for my sterilizers and a brand new nozzle and weight assembly for my AA 921 in stock at all times. I also keep a spare heating element and thermostat for my AA 75X sterilizers. This way, if something breaks, I'm back in operation in minutes, rather than days or weeks. RR
