Re-innoculate or start over?
    #1368801 - 03/12/03 11:10 AM (15 years, 3 months ago)

My dog had this dream where two weeks had gone by since innoculation and the cakes still showed no sign of any growth. Is it ok, to try re-innoculating or just start over? My dog apologizes if this is something that is asked frequently.

If you are going to start over, dont just throw out the old substrate. Put it in a big ass ziplock bag. Dump em all in there REAL fast though. Poke a few holes along the top of the bag with a needle. Wait another week or so and see if the bag starts colonizing. If not, inject some spores in there if you can spare em. I have tried this, and thanked god I did, cause I got the fastest cakes I've ever seen in my life. Might as well try it if you are thinking of just throwing the substrate away. SD1

Yup, thats my dog.
