Just wondering if the supplies and knowledge could lend itself to a "conspiracy to manufacture psilocybin" charge. I would like to have some for a rainy day, but am pretty open about me growing my oysters. Id hate to have some retard say I was growing shrooms, when in fact they're just edibles. Have the cops come, etc etc I have no desire to grow Cubes anytime soon, but like the idea of hoarding some in case shit goes down in the future. (My state or the GOV. criminalizing spore possession.) Thought?

How could you get searched? Hearsay won't get a warrant. Unless you grow illegal mushrooms and give them to somebody, there's no possibility of trouble.

Well, what if somebody in the house sold buds and it got busted that way, then what?

If busted selling buds, you may be searched. A syringe alone, you might get away with. But if you also have actual shrooms, you're fuct.
Don't grow where you sell. Also, don't sell.

It will in many cases.

There is always the possibility of trouble. Someone could break into your house and a neighbor could call the cops. Or the cops could get a warrant because they find a pot seed in your trash. Also they could get a warrant if they find oyster mushroom growing stuff.
The charge would be attempted manufacture of a controlled substance, not conspiracy.
Its unlikely but has happened.
Make sure your active prints/syringes are not labeled correctly. Keep them far away from your other mushroom cultivation stuff. You could label them Hypholoma sublateritium or another edible species which has purple spores.

I have a friend that knows otherwise. He was only growing edibles and selling them to high end chefs in his area. Somebody overheard one chef telling another chef where he gets his mushrooms. That was enough for the police to get a search warrant. My friend was arrested, spent time in jail until he could bond out, and lost around $30k in spores, equipment, and lawyer fees.
Hearsay shouldn't be enough to get a warrant. However, the world is not a perfect place, and often overzealous police will perjure their affidavit to get a warrant. If it doesn't work out, then oh well, the CI must have been wrong, or the guy cleaned up, etc. No harm done as far as the police are concerned, as there is no accountability.
