I don't want to rant, so I'll keep this short and simple.
You're comparing a worthless piece of shit, to a worthless piece of shit. Both of them are awful. I am ashamed to be an American.

I'm sure with just a little or no effort it's possible to match "Bushisims" with "Clintonisms" one to one. And even if it's not an exact match, one "I didn't inhale" trumps a shitload of Bushisms. And to be fair.... we won't even talk about Gore.

What one person receives without working for another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for that my dear friend is the beginning of the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it. ~ Adrian Rogers

It's quite frightening what kind of people rule this world. Here's a quote from William S. Burroughs that came to my mind:
We have a new type of rule now. Not one-man rule, or rule of aristocracy or plutocracy, but of small groups elevated to positions of absolute power by random pressures and subject to political and economic factors that leave little room for decision. They are representatives of abstract forces who have reached power through surrender of self. The iron-willed dictator is a thing of past. There will be no more Stalins, no more Hitlers. The rulers of this most insecure of all worlds are rulers by accident. Inept, frightened pilots at the controls of a vast machine they cannot understand, calling in experts to tell them which buttons to push.

"The United States can't be so fixed on our desire to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans..." [Pres. William Clinton, March 1, 1993 press conference in Piscataway, NJ, from Boston Globe, 3/2/93, page 3]
"If the personal freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution inhibit the government's ability to govern the people, we should look to limit those guarantees." [Pres. Bill Clinton, August 12, 1993]
"Government is not a solution to our problem, government IS the problem." [Ronald Reagan] "First of all, keep in mind that most of our problem is with working Americans." [Bill Clinton]
and one from his atty general
"Waiting periods are only a step. Registration is only a step. The prohibition of firearms is the goal." - Janet Reno, December 10th, 1993 [Associated Press]
