I dont know because im a noob but i'd like more people to inform this thread on the whereabouts of blue-staining non-actives.
Cyanescens have a white or almost-white stem and "Psilocybe-colored" gills. The mushroom in the photo above has an orange/red stem and gills. Even if there is a blue staining Tubaria (or whatever) it will still look like a Tubaria and not a Psilocybe.

Yeah, pretty much I don't see how anyone who has picked Cyans would end up getting it confused with anything else... except maybe a friscosa or azure or some other related psilocybe.

I know me a cyan...it just clicks with my 3rd eye...
No srsly tho,...what you guys said basically...cyan gills are purple brown and they have a noticable caramel color to the cap and a distinctive overall look to em.
I would never in my life ever mistake a tubaria or a galerina for a cyan. My brain is trained to avoid orange mushrooms
