Black boot lace mycelium?

Is this mycelium possibly honey fungus and also does anyone know of other boot lace mycelium producers?.In fact is it even mycelium?
Ive read of these black boot lace rhizos before but i think this is the first time ive seen them.Sorry no fruiting pictures as still too cold here :tongue:

Those look like Armillaria rhizomorphs to me.

Here's a page with some definitely identified Honey Mushroom rhizomorphs to compare yours to.

BTW, the mycelium of Honey Mushrooms is white and sheetlike. Apparently the black boot laces are a means the fungus uses to spread itself asexually.

I don't know of any other fungi with rhizomes like those.
