Don't know what is up with the blobs, but where is the casing? Looks like something went wrong. You might get a little growth over the casing, but that looks like a blob of mycelium.

I was waiting to case after full colonisation. The corners didn't look done to me so I left it. Going to case tonight and see what happens.

Also after a flush is cleaned off the surface, one should POUR water over the entire fruiting surface. I don't mean mist it. I mean POUR it over until it is soaked. If the substrate is floating on water after this, then you can pour off the excess or just allow it to float. Who cares if it is floating? Then leave it alone at 100% RH for a day or two, dropping down to 97% once the fruits are about 1/2" high or so. The next flush should pin in 1 to 3 days and be ready to harvest in 4 to 7 days.
no need to patch or add any more casing layer for the 2nd flush, you leave it floating in water for a day or two? Blue Helix?
I like the sound of this like a minidunk.....

Thanks for the Response Blue, I think there is a lot to learn from you in regards to the Pan Pin strat, I smell an archive
My Fridge FC that I was running wasn't working out for me, The Cool Mist humidifier I use is extremely different to the standard vicks 400 or what most of the growers here use in as much as it pumps out a crap ton more FAE but only keeps the RH @ 78% ish, I was supplementing this with an ultrasonic which had a output dial. very similar to my first grow in the fridge who's setup you can view here
In my current grow The US Humidifier packed up after a few days of operation so I moved some small P.Cyan (jamaican) trays to the SGFC (thanks RR ) with my first pins popping out this morning when I went to check! really happy. SGFC conditions sat @ 78F-80F with RH@ 95%, still some tweaks to be made to a new chamber that needs to be built to allow minute changes and consistent RH/F holding. This one tray has about 20 pins, nothing near your BE (which makes me need to reach for a towel btw).
Apologies for the atrocious quality, these were taken with a Ipod Nano on video mode, then screen shotted out of VLC.
P.Cyan Pins +-20 in total.
Here's a P.Cyan tray I took out of the Fridge FC, stuck it in a monotub with perlite at the bottom Gladwrap over the top, drilled out some holes stuffed with polyfil, casing is well run, hopefully I'll get something out of it. Because of the adverse conditions it was exposed to for a lengthy period of time, the myc, has colonized most of the casing, not too good.

Might be the blurry pictures, or because I just woke up, but those don't look like Panaeolus cyanescens pins.
