why is this game so addicting?
I dont know how to do screen shots, but you gotta see this giant greenhouse/ biodome im working on.
just made the nether portal today and got my ass kicked there, now im trying to get the hang of the redstone logic gates.

I think F2 snaps a screenshot, not sure though. Single player bores me and multiplayer is lame without danger. But the game sure is awesome and will be even more so when beta rolls around

Ive been unable to play it for like a month now cause my friend dropped the server he was paying for and i have not been able to finish that epic castle/cathedral i put multiple weeks of work into(thats with unlimited resource spawning). I cant build anything that will top that thing so it seems pointless

The key to resources is to dig out massive mines and mining shafts, and underground shafts going down to bedrock using elevators!!!

Share saves? Is that possible? I dont know if im ready to get back to minecraft after my friend ruined it for me a few months ago by not paying for the private server we were using and not getting a backup from them before i could finish my epic opus build:
Since i took that screen, i completely finished the dome, the interior center and left wing and was getting ready to build the massive underground chamber leading down under the right wing, as well as the underground hydro highway station.
Knowing i'l never be able to build anything as good as that again is discouraging.

my computer can barely handle the manmade stuff, it loads 150kb a sec lol this game takes soo much power, friggen i would go on this server and there would be breaks in the level where it was jus a giant hole that went all the way to the bottom so i would dig along the side of the void and get all the rare materials, beta is hard especially if you get swarmed and its slow, not for the nongaming pc unless your pluged in you probably have a better shot then me im wireless

im working on a chitchen itza and the sydney opera house right now.
the chitchen itza is easy, but working out that opera house with all its curves is proving to be a bitch. even at a scale of 1 meter = 1 block the size might not be enough to really show the curves.
im debating on whether or not to use sand or snow, since it is white... its just snow blocks would be such a bitch with torches around.
