A possible renewable source of engergy from within the Cake?
    #1351512 - 03/05/03 03:54 AM (21 years, 30 days ago)

My cat's curiousity has it that, what if after those 5 straight flushes, they still continued looking like the first 2 flushes. As in a possible nutrient source that continuously provides a source of nourishment. Maybe for a possible 10+ flush run.  Say maybe a spray nutrient mix, a hose to the center of the cake, anything? lets design something!

Perhaps PM me something of interest towards this idea.

do a search for "inner reservoir tek". there are two problems i am aware of. a condition very similar to overlay meets senescence and contamination.

i'm pretty sure the contams are gonna get to eat that before your cakes do. don't know from experience tho, just an educated guess.

actually i after my cat pasturizes his horse poo i save the water. my cat grows cakes for spore prints (easy to get and keep stereil) anyways my cat has been know to be able to get 5 good flushes that all look like the second and third. my cats max was 7 flushes my cat also dunks. he uses 1 cc in four to 6 different spots of the cake (top bottom middle all around ect.)
hope that help but eventually everything contraminates

After giving much thought on this, I don't think it's possible.

Mycelia 'break down' the substrate for energy. Nutrients and physical food are two different things. You can't get new substrate for a cake. Just regrow, buddies.

Weed photosynthesizes, so you give it essential nutrients through the roots, not actual energy..

maybe not renewable, but definately as an 'energy type boost', yo ucan boil some regular brown rice with a little more water than normal.  after the rice has been boiling for a while and the water is almost gone, suck up some of that nutritious water into a syringe.  it's like gatorade for shrooms...

yeah it could just be the dunking making them last but ever since my cat started injecting poo juice it has been different but my cat would have to set a control subject and run test but my cat is busy lately
