Lighting specifics!
    #1357254 - 03/08/03 04:44 AM (13 years, 9 months ago)

1)what biomechanical process happens in the mushroom to direct it towards light?
2)what production related activity occurs during light hours that doesnt during dark time and 3)vice versa
4)if light is given to primodia, but withheld after they form defined caps, where will the mushroom grow?
5)is there any information on pros/cons of fading light in and out like in nature?

thanks for any help, respond with the question number your responding to! =)

"A human being is part of a whole, called by us the Universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest--a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."

They usually grow curly, or sideways, instead of straight and up... if I understand what you are asking.
