I don't believe so, although there isn't much literature on this.

I think a lot may have lily pollen used on them to try and trick the defenses against self-pollination.

whoa! that's pretty cool. If its still flowering you should snag a stamen off a lily in the grocery store or something and add that to the mix.

The flower is gone today, that's why I said this is not exactly what I was hoping for :sad:
Anyway, I just read about a guy whose ritteri happened to be self-fertile so maybe there is still hope...
