acutally, I myself at this moment, would suggest the Simple Cubensis Growing Technique @ http://www.shroomery.org/scgt/SCGTv0.5.html. This is just like the PF Tek and MMGG with a few very good additions. The use of the Low Dollar Sterile Technique and the Ramsey Vermeculite Seal.

Yes, PF did replace the syringe. I would like to note that I sent a small letter and like 6 days later, there was a small PF package waiting in my mail. PF is a great deal and very reliable.
