No disk drive, need to install OS from a USB stick

My computer is filled to the hard disks brim with garbage. Two instances of Windows XP are on the same partition. Neither of them boot and both are ravaged with viruses. I have Ubuntu on that same partition too.
Ubuntu is the only functional OS on my computer and I really like it but I need to switch back to windows. I feel like playing some video games and unfortunately Linux doesn't allow for that. My disk drive is broken. I cannot burn or install from a CD. I have a flash drive but all previous attempts to install an operating system from it have failed. I'm on Linux so I cannot use any .exe windows programs meant to prep a USB stick to be bootable. TL;DR I want to completely format my hard drive and install windows without a disk drive. I have a flash drive at my disposal but I'm using Ubuntu as my operating system.

No but I have a disc image file of windows xp on my computer, I just need to install it and of course reformat. This isn't easy because my computer has one partition with three operating systems on it and the only one that works is Linux.

No. I have an ISO image of XP. I know how to install operating systems of course but I have no disc drive and no second partition to format and install XP onto.
What I'm asking pretty much is if there is something like Unetbootin that can be used to install windows from a flash drive that can be set up on Linux.

Thanks I had been trying to boot into parted magic from my usb drive using unetbootin with no success. Hopefully I'll have more luck booting into parted magic from this.

are you sure you have 2 instances of Windows and 1 instance of Linux installed on a single partition? that is not really possible.
also, parted magic isnt going to allow you to install windows. thats for resizing/deleting partitions.
try to use unetbootin on the windows iso file.

The Ubuntu install is on WUBI. Parted Magic will let me manage my hard drive while it isn't mounted, meaning I can format it and partition it then install windows onto it.

Right but the issue you're having is lacking the flash drive installer - the Windows installer has a built in partition manager that boots off the CD. You're still stuck with the original issue.

make a "slipstream" of windows xp and put any raid controller drives and such on there as well. Then make sure your bios is set to reconize your usb drive during startup.
