 I never have nightmares

I have had dreams where im running away or hiding from someone, but it is never terrifying. I never wake up in a sweat and truely shaken with fear by them... it's more of a "damn that was weird" type dream. Are night mares rare? Am i the only one who never has them?

I used to have them all the fucking time when I was little. I still remember
a lot of them which seems crazy to me. But I rarely anymore.

I have at least one nightly... it goes hand in hand with multiple severe anxiety disorders.

My "nightmares" are always an adventure. I end up running away from aliens,zombies, or something of that nature and usually find a great hiding place with more people. We usually fight them off, if they get to close, I usually fly away. I love being able to fly in my dreams. Its a beautiful view from above the trees. It seems that every time I am in trouble in my dreams, I can always fly away from the trouble.

Dreams can be so epic. One night I was trying to escape a prison and I had to swim threw a murky swamp at night.

my bad dreams are often more psychologically disturbing than outright scary... Also my worst dreams are usually very awesome and then I wake out and realize it was just a dream. I have utterly destroyed alarm clocks over that on more than one occasion.

Last night I was at a party and my friend murdered like 8 people then set the house on fire. Me him his chic and a random one I grabbed got in a random truck and took off with the po po looking for us along with others.
I woke up before anything bad happened to me.
Is that a nightmare?
I was scared when I woke up out if it.

sometimes I have woke up and not been able to move and was an extremely anxious state of mind. Does that count.

I thought I did but I explained this to a friend today and they said nag that's just a bad dream, a nightmare is when you get tortured or some other horrible thing, you didn't even do anything bad in the dream.

I have nightmares very rarely and when I do have them I like them. They are like any other dream and they tend to be the most interesting. When I wake up told scared out of my mind I smile because thats a fantastic dream.
I wish I could record my dreams like a DVR or some shit.
