*** DISCLAIMER: not intended as legal advice. do your own research. ***
these two tough-guy cops try and bluff this man into showing them his ID. he calls them on it and walks away.
if you aren't officially being detained, they have no authority to hold you, ask you questions, or take your identification, etc.
it's disgusting how these thugs make up laws and try to intimidate and manipulate.

hes lucky those were hispanic/native american cops there and not some of those blue eyed illuminati (freemason bloodline) cult cops who occupy cells in every police department and military unit and control the chain of command...
...because they know they are not accountable and probably would have killed that dude and then lied their asses off. fox news would have been reporting he attacked the officers with and charged the innocent cop at a traffic stop :-P

you're right, if they're pricks then they can haul you into jail and/or beat the shit out of you for nothing.
i'm sure the camera played a huge role as well.
still, i think people should know and excersize their rights as much as possible whenever the opportunity arises unless we'd rather get accustomed to not having any.

As stated, this is false.
Under some circumstances (state law varies), police do have the right to stop you and make you identify yourself.
See Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada
EDIT:
Here's some relvant passages from wikipedia to serve as starting points for investigation:
Quote:
Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada, 542 U.S. 177 (2004), held that statutes requiring suspects to identify themselves during police investigations did not violate the Fourth Amendment. Under the rubric of Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1 (1968), the minimal intrusion on a suspect's privacy, and the legitimate need of law enforcement officers to quickly dispel suspicion that an individual is engaged in criminal activity, justified requiring a suspect to identify himself.
Quote:
Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1 (1968), was a decision by the United States Supreme Court which held that the Fourth Amendment prohibition on unreasonable searches and seizures is not violated when a police officer stops a suspect on the street and searches him without probable cause to arrest, if the police officer has a reasonable suspicion that the person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime.

you're right there are special circumstances, but I'm talking about in general if you are harassed for no good reason.

he came to the aid of a fellow citizen and overcame the ensuing intimidation tactics instead of giving up his privacy. i wouldn't call that nothing.

right, there is a point to the video. that you have rights. do you know how many people I've heard/been with that have literally given up their rights and allowed police to search vehicles, to coming inside houses, to whatever. People need to be educated, and what better way than a video demonstrating it in a real life situation?

how about a list of citizen rights bulletpoints laid out by state? downloadable in .pdf?
That'd be a lot better for educating us than a video about a kid who wore his gun on his hip to walk up to his girlfriend getting a speeding ticket in teh state of New Mexico.

so if a member of a notorious gang of thugs and criminals pulled your girl over, you would not show up with a sidearm if you could? sounds perfectly reasonable to me. this is a class war and they are the mercenary sellouts working for the elite to oppress the people and enforce their corrupt slavery system.
