I'm not just talking chedder and american, I'm talking all the different types of cheeses you can get. Lately I've been hooked on a mustard seed cheese and a peppercorn cheese, as well as trufflecheeses. NOM
What are your favorite cheeses?

Hit up a whole foods or specialty foods market around your area, you don't have to buy huge wedges, you can ask them to cut them in half so you don't spend 10$ a little chunk. That way you can buy yourself a variety of cheese. They also give tasters too, so you don't even have to buy it to try it.
I highly recommend smelly french cheeses as well as anything with truffle in it. Truffle mushroom and cheese go together perfectly.

God, I despise blue cheese! I guess I am just not sophisticated enough to enjoy the taste of moldy cheese...fucking gross

So
Fucking
Good.
It is a taste adventure. Creamy and delicious, but it has a nice texture that crumbles in such a pleasant way.
Best cheese I've ever had

I got this one cheese when i went to Italy once. I went into this bread wine and cheese place. They gave me a few samples.. and this kind he gave me was like an orgasm in my mouth. I baught a shit load of it and had it vacum sealed and shit. but i never knew what it was called. i think it may even have been goat cheese?

Dubliner is great,as mentioned above. But I also love soft cheeses like brie. I really enjoy gouda too.
Any cheese made by the brand Tillamook is good. I had tillamook white cheddar the other day for the first time. Shit is bomb

It's not a company it's a type of blue cheese made from sheeps milk.
Did you know that Roquefort contains the highest concentration of Glutamic acid of any naturally produced food?
In neuroscience, glutamate is an important neurotransmitter which plays a key role in long term potentiation and is important for learning and memory.

I thought this thread was going to be about Cobus. Obsessed much?
No food in my stomach, but this thread has made me feel full. I think it was the picture of the fried cheese what did it.
