First of all, PF is hands down the best. I reccomend the B+ and Hawaiian strains in particular. As far as terariums go, pick up a plastic storage container at a big department or hardware store. I got a 56-quart (14-gallon) container, which comfortably holds 6 cakes, for 8 bucks. You can't beat that. I would reccomend perlite as a humidifier. It requires no maintenance and it's very resistant to contamination if you add a little hydrogen peroxide to the water. You can get a bag of perlite for $3-$4 in the pet and garden section of any good department store. good luck

wal-mart rubbermaid storage bin with 2 inches of damp perlite in the bottom.
cost about $10.
