my incubator blows

it's a cooler, with a smaller rubbermade container inside. this rubbermade container is filled with a mix of water and h2o2 and has an adjustable fish tank heater submerged in it. it seems like it would be a good setup, and sometimes it runs just fine. alot of times it's way too cold though, like it's not even on. i'm not sure what's making the heater go all crazy. anyone here experienced in fish tank heater troubleshooting?

you prolly aint gonna fix a broken fish tank heater, its prolly just blown, use a syroam cooler, with a nightlight bulb, its not my idea, some dude here said a lil night light will keep a styro cooler at 80+, i believem too, they put off alot of heat for there size, my honey water is in a 8 inch house speaker box, and has a 40 watt incadescent in it and it stays a constant 80, goes to show how important good insulation is.
