Oh you mean Laccaria amethysteo-occidentalis (mushroom expert says amethystina can't be west of the Rocky Mountains).

I see number 8 is identified as Laccaria amethysteo-occidentalis but they didn't look quite the same to me as the ones in the last 2 pics.

I live several thousand miles east of the Rocky Mountains and I find loads of L. amethystina. :wink:
