I plan on keeping up with it until the results are airtight but it doesn't look too good.

Someday I hope so deeply we can have this simple freedom, in the so called "land of the free". Just wish today would have been a step in the right direction...

Legal MMJ is great for not getting busted, but the dispensary prices are essentially the same as street prices.

if those 2million or more convicted felons without a right to vote could have voted...it would have passed
i think it is very uncinstutional and super intelligent of them in a very devious manner to do this

The dispensaries are next on the list.  I predict the republicans will win the presidential election, and decide to give the DEA back their raids.

What are you talking about? Convicted felons are allowed to vote in California.

I'm a convicted felon and lost my right to vote thanks to our marijuana laws.  So you're saying it varies state by state?  That is news to me if true.

All I know is how it works in my state of California. We allow convicted felons to vote.

Under California law, people with felony convictions can register to vote if they are out of prison (fully served their sentences) and off parole.

Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Virginia and Wyoming permanently prohibit voting rights for felons.

Maine and Vermont, do not place restrictions on the right of convicted felons to vote; felons in Maine and Vermont may vote while they are incarcerated.
