mabye, now this might sound crazy, but mabye, we should not kill these offenders, but deport them to a third world country.
this way, we don't pay for anything but a one way trip to a war torn, AIDS ridden, hell of a place to live.
like child rape? well then you'll love a trip to Somalia

I have a friend who was hooking up with this girl on the regular, who was apparently married. Well her husband came home, walked in on em.. he bolted but she cried rape.
The woman actually ended up going to jail for falsely saying this, because of text messages exchanged between the two proving innocence. Without that though he said his defense was slim.
If rape carried a death penalty do you not think women would use that to their advantage?! Frame someone, then blackmail them for everything.

 cheaper and more beneficial to kill them and donate them to science.
I one time said I thought it was an awesome idea to make a lunar base with camera's everywhere(think "big brother") and let them run wild. It would make for some amazing tv but the price isn't worth it

mexico has already demanded that we stop deporting their citizens that
come to america to begin a new life of crime, it's also the most porous
border in the world, thousands of illegals from all over the world come

so what stops them from getting altered papers and returning as an

This entire poll is wrong. Rapists and pedos are 2 completely different things. rape is one thing (very bad) being a pedo, or hooking up with a girl who is 17 not 18 is a bunch of bulllllllshiiiit.

Crimes at there full extremes may all warrent the feeling of wanting them killed, sometimes we may all agree on that given a certain case, but what at the other end of the spectrum? Even the school books will tell you less crime happens in smaller villages etc, because everyone is treated more equal and fair. The dollar creates greed and problems, it creates a society that is anything but a society. Everyone's lives are so spiked in certain area's and so low in others, its no wonder people have urges to fill certain area's. We all live miserable and fucked up lives. You have to be really special to have a well rounded life with equal shares of everything. Sorry for the rambles but it just flowed out
