Get yourself a fish tank air-pump and bubbler. You'll also need a timer. The bubbler should suffice. People have grown without manually fanning and have still gotten great results (with a bubbler).

Pick all the frust off of them, knock all the pins off, put them in a tupperware container and put them in the fridge. When u get back dunk them and put them back into your terrarium and they should be fine. The cold will slow the pinning and the dunk will replace any moisture lost in the fridge. Just make sure the tupperware container is airtight to keep the cakes from drying yout completely and to keep contams from the fridge from getting in.

Yep. Fridge is the way to go.

Not only that, it's a great cold shock. I left for 3 days . . . I put my casing in the fridge and when I came back, I put it in the terrarium. Pins the next day!
