I was in for 2 weeks back in '02. 95% of the folks there were bipolar women, but no lookers in the bunch. Boring as Hell, but they sure fed us good.

Pretty much everyone I met there was molested or abused as a child. They were abused by those around them, then abused again by psychiatry. One day I looked outside and all the child patients were on the playground, running around like crazy on their meds. I was like, "What the fuck are they doing in here? Damn." Then I'd go back to the lounge where the old creepy guy with tardive dyskinesia sat, drooling and talking to himself.

5 days last april after going to the emergency with a major psychosis after being up for 5 days on stimulants. They shot me with haldol and the rest of the time was just fucking endurance of boredom.

i was "hopitalised" several times as a teenager for periods of time consisting of anywhere from 4 days to 3 months.
i would rather not go into detail though, it's something i've tried to block out.
been a couple of years since i had to be "hospitalised" like that.
