Don't ask why... I just tend to drink one every couple of days and I admit they are gross.

It's terrible for your lungs to hold the smoke in that long, and you really don't get a whole lot more actives into your blood.

I would write it all out for you, but the pdf doesn't allow for copy and paste, so I have to retype it. And I'm stoned as shit, so I keep going back and forth for like one or two words at a time..
But basically 3 people took 10 puffs, one held for 0 seconds each time, one held for 10 seconds each time, and one held for 20 seconds each time.
The blood levels in the person who held 0 seconds had low blood levels. The person who held 10 seconds had much higher levels. The person who held 20 seconds didn't increase at all from the 10 second person.
