lesbians and straw
    #1339375 - 02/27/03 05:42 AM (13 years, 9 months ago)

My lesbian lover has a question about her straw and horse poop project. It's about 70% straw and 30% poop in a container that's 8" by 12" by 3" deep. It has been incubating for about 5 days and the mycelium is starting to colonize the surface. She is concerned because the surface of the substrate is starting to look dry.

Would it be advisable for her to lightly mist the surface of the straw and poop?

I tried that once with a tub of dung and lost the whole thing to cobweb.  :frown:

as long as you lover has it covered with something, it should not be loosing to much water, so as long as you had enough to start with, you should be ok for now!!

wait until she removes it from the incubator and places it into the fruiting cycle before any spraying!!
