It is very difficult to accurately project a yeild from your cakes. There are many factors that contribute to the size, weight, and number of the shrooms produced. You should expect more than none. That's about all I can give you.

avg. yield for pf cakes, 1st flush = 3-4 gm dry
so you should yield between a half to three-quarters of an ounce.dry.

I would expect no more than a half an ounce (14-15g)
