Yes, i'm positive that these are Chlorophyllum rhacodes. Spore print and gills are white, not the evil green of Chlorophyllum molybdites.

Right... for the last time... I am saying I don't know if the ones I FOUND are M. procera or not, because the ones I FOUND don't look as shaggy as the C. rhacodes he found and the ones I FOUND don't have the snakeskin pattern of M. procera. So I'm at a loss as to what I FOUND.

That's what I've been trying to say. I've not been disputing whether or not the OP found C. rhacodes. I know full well he did.
