750ml verm/brf measurements - how much?

aloha,

I don't want to sound like a complete idiot but using 750ml jars, what is the amount of verm/brf mix I should use? I'm sure I sound like an idiot anyhow, but feedback would be appreciated - 3 times the amount of a 250ml jar, I can only find measurements for 236ml(half pint jars) - then again 14mls difference isn't much maybe I should just go off those measurements -

oh, i've also read that the spore syringe should reach the bottom of the jar - i have 18gauge nibs and I don't think they will - is that necessarily a problem?

Simple use the recipe for half pint jars just double or triple it so the ratio of everthing is the same you just have more substrate to fill your jars.
