I weight like 145 an can bench 180. I do a 8 rep set of 125, then 8 of 135, then what I can get to at 145 usually 6-7. For those of you who followed like routines what did you do?

6'2 height 210lbs weight
Its a bitch to work arms when your this tall. They just dont get any bigger. When i started two years ago i was 175 lifting 15lb free weights, now i can do 50lb free weights, but thats just one arm exercise, i concentrate on abs, shoulders, and pecs.
I've been slacking sinse fall, after a year and a half goin over 3 times a week trying to gain weight. In the time i've stopped going to the jim, i've gained 30 lbs, but not fat. I found it ironic that after trying so hard to gain weight, not working out was all i had to do....but its time to go back now,,,where'd i put that motivation....
