how do you mix spore prints into a BRF jar without making a syringe? all i could find was:

transfer the spores to agar medium or directly to sterilized grain substrates

so how do you directly transfer the spores to the grain substrate?
thanks

if you got a flow hood or by using the oven tec you can just scrape spores onto the medium then top with a verm layer. This has a higher contam rate than injection but can work out ok if you keep things clean.
Good luck with it..

when using a syringe i just squirt the water from it at the print then suck it back up(all done in a clean cup)but if not using a syringe you could scrape them from the foil. You only need a few if you see anything fall in it means there were hundreds falling in.Use a sterile thing like a bit of wire or a scalpel to scrape some of.
Really worth trying to source a syringe though.
