    #13279512 - 10/02/10 12:20 PM (13 years, 5 months ago)

Im looking for a good book about fungal biology,

im doing a general class about fungis and i want to deepen my knowledge on this subject.

I dont think this is the right spot but i thought that would be the best spot to get the info

Dude, check this out:
http://books.google.com/books?id=FMSn4RIoGGoC&printsec=frontcover&dq=fungal+biology&source=bl&ots=DUQf1W2SCW&sig=FaNZcBSZ3bYG4biedC4BOhlL8uU&hl=en&ei=N4inTNyYCYegsQPQ1oDkDA&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=3&ved=0CBsQ6AEwAg#v=onepage&q&f=false

It was updated in 2006.  That's not too bad.

Anyone know the author, J.W. Deacon?

Take care,

JD

Ill recycle this thread i made to share this book with you guys. It is amazing and not that old (2001)

I started to read a bit of it and its seem rather complete, if i compare it to the book by Bryce Kendrick that my friend suggested.

Enjoy!
