that's not even an opinion, more of a fact. The shit aspartame does to people is wacky, head aches, problems sleeping, dizziness and etc.

That's only been shown in sodas to have phosphoric acid and caffeine. Light sodas like 7up, Mt. Dew, and orange sodas have not shown a risk for osteoporosis. Also, those damaging types of sodas should not be given to children OR females as they have a higher risk of the osteo.

Debatable if you're talking any more than short term problems. Although not proven with science to be harmful in the long term, there has been no real long term studies. If you want to err on the side of caution you could avoid these things altogether though.
I do know a lot of people who avoid it because they get the headaches.

The last time soda was in my house, I put my pH meter in it. Ginger ale - 3.8pH. Whether this directly damages bone or not, what it does do is set up a more acidic digestion system. This acidity does actually leach calcium from bones and teeth. Diets high in sugars and fats also contribute to higher digestive acidity, hence heartburn, among many other problems, including bone/teeth health.
It blows me away how many people think that what they need is a pill so their stomach stops hurting, instead of deciding to not eat 6 fuckin chili dogs, a pound of chips, and a gallon of soda.

Drink honest tea. buy the big jugs of it for 3.50 at wholefoods or somewhere. Or brew your own. Just get the unsweetened kind. But i mean even getting sweet tea at resturaunts is better than sodas. But still, go unsweetened for when your at home. And get green or white tea...its even better for you. I drink so MUCH tea. I love it
