One of area's most prolific meth cooks
in jail, Angelina deputies claim
September 30, 2010 - kltv.com
A two-year investigation has led to the arrest of one of East Texas'
most prolific meth cooks, according to the Angelina County Sheriff's
Office.
A law enforcement team conducted the raid Thursday morning on FM 842
and arrested David Arthur Dunman Jr., 51, of Lufkin.
Sgt. Allen Hill said Dunman had an active lab in his home, with 20 to
30 grams of finished meth, 40 to 50 grams of liquid meth, a half-pound
of marijuana and 15 to 20 guns. He said federal authorities were called
to the scene and federal charges may be pursued.
For now, Hill said Dunman will be charged with possession of certain
chemicals with intent to manufacture and possession of a controlled
substance.
"This is one of the bigger cooks," said Hill. "He makes a lot of dope,
it was a good lick...They're all important, but he does put a lot of
drugs on the street."
Hill said Dunman is one of the more prolific meth cooks in the area,
and makes between $30,000 and $50,000 a month on the drug.
"It's everywhere," explained Hill. "If the local meth users and cooks
aren't using it, they're going to get it somewhere."
Since January, the Sheriff's narcotics unit alone, has investigated 59
drug cases, many of those involved meth.
"Meth, to me, is one of the worst drugs there, just what it does to
you, how it deteriorates your body, how violent it makes you," Hill
explained.
Hill said the 51-year-old admitted they were his narcotics.
His arrest is a reflection of a bigger problem, one that Hill said is
here to stay.
"It's like a fire, it's going to burn if you let it go and get bigger,
so you try to keep it contained best you can and I mean, we're making a
difference," said Hill. "Meth is getting more expensive, it's getting
harder to find. If we can save four or five people a year, get them off
of it, then we've made a difference. If we can get four or five kids
from ever starting to use it, then we've made a difference."
Dunman was arrested without incident. A woman also at the home was
allowed to leave.

He then ran naked around the house, attempted to get Kruschev and Kennedy on the telephone and announced to the operator that he was God."

I bet this guy would be real disappointed if he ever googled the word Desoxyn.

yeah Amps are, IMO, THE most hypocritical part of the WOD. People act like Adderall is Adderall, and not D-Amphetamine
