Can the police tell you that you can't enter your house until they get a search warrant? i was arrested for public intox on marijuana(his only evidence was my tongue?) and i had some pictures of a quarter pound on my phone. they asked me to sign a paper to allow them to search my house. i refused. they told me and the people i live with that they cannot enter the house until they get a search warrant signed. the town i live in is fucked up so it was signed. they took my whole safe(contained some marijuana and money). im wondering is this legal? btw i have not been arrested on any charges yet.. (oklahoma) also i would have went home but they told me that they would arrest me if i did and there was a single police officers vehicle chillin in my drive way the whole morning.

That honestly sounds quite illegal for them to do, but I'm no lawyer. IMHO, you need to find you a good lawyer and have a talk with them about this scenario.
Regardless, don't keep pictures of illegal substances on your phone, that's just asking for trouble.

Sounds pretty shady. My advice is NEVER give consent or sign anything if you've been detained or arrested. Talk to a lawyer before talking to the police about anything and again, NEVER sign anything or give consent.

the pictures on your phone isnt difficult to use as probable cause, those pictures contain a timestamp that tells when they were taken, you taking pictures of the drugs is just you carrying incriminating evidence

Fuck that, what would they have charged you with? There was no warrant, no court order. What if the warrant never got signed?
You got played.

Possession of marijuana, use of marijuana, speeding, who cares?
If they were able to get a warrant then they were able to arrest him almost as a matter of course.
Why do you think the cops can't tell someone to not enter his house? What do you base this on?
---
OP, this situation doesn't make a whole lot of sense and you seem to have left out many pertinent details that would make any answer meaningless.
You say you were arrested and then say you were threatened with arrest if you were to "go home". This makes little sense.
You say you were arrested due to your toungue. This makes little sense.
You say they got a warrant based on you having a picture of pot, but you haven't said how you know this is what they got the warrant based upon.
When asking for help here or elsewhere it is best to relay the facts and then ask your questions and relay any conclusions or resononing you've done. When you mix obvious conclusions in with your factual narrative it gets almost impossible to make any sense of things or give reasonable answers, especially when the situation described doesn't make any sense in the first place.
Your questions is probably not what you want to know, but if it is, yeah the cops can usually tell you whatever you want. If you want a more meaningful question answered your going to have to explain things more clearly.
If you wnat answers, please explain what happened and what you want to know.
