TLG Open For Business - with some changes.

I'm still doing some work on the site but we're back up and running folks.
No more descriptions of strains: Sorry folks but if you want info on a strain then you'll just have to do searches in your favorite forum.
E-mail interaction: We will now have a very very strict zero-tolerance policy on mentioning cultivation related subjects. It's real simple, if anyone makes mention of, or asks about cultivation we will assume you are a law enforcement officer attempting to entrap us and your order will be denied and we will no longer correspond with you. Period, no exceptions. I'm sorry it's come to this but it's clear that at the present time this is the only way to stay in business.
I shouldn't be seeing any posts about how rude you were treated by TLG because I'm telling everyone up front that you can expect to be treated rude if the subject of cultivation is mentioned.
For those wondering about replacements, there is not, nor has there ever been a need to bring up cultivation when asking for a replacement. TLG has a no questions asked policy when it comes to sending a replacement for the first time. Just provide us the batch number. If we feel that an individual is abusing the policy we will deny the replacement.
There's a couple changes that will affect how you will make orders.
1] I've added new disclaimers so that by clicking on the order buttons you will in effect be agreeing to abide by the rules of the disclaimer. (Spores for Microscopy use only)
2] Everyone who sends money to us through the mail MUST now include the order form as it has our disclaimer on it. If you don't have a printer then you can still send us a note with a handwritten disclaimer. We will now be sending you your order form with the disclaimer back to you in your package.
I want to let you guys know that the reason for these new rules is to provide the safest transactions possible for both TLG and it's customers.
I want to thank everyone for the posts, e-mails, and pm's of support over the last 24 hours. These are strange times indeed but we can all get through it if we just continue to do things the right way.
Bottom line is that spores are legal for microscopy purposes and that's exactly how we're gonna market them. Everyone be safe, we look forward to your continued support.

Glad to see ya back Box!
I'm sure that everyone here can understand and abide by these small, yet very important changes that you have implemented within your site.
Makes perfectly good sence.

then you might want to change your 'clean and viable spores' motto, as "viable" clearly implies cultivation not microscopy.

Boxtop, that sounds really good!
I can tell you really planned things out, and you care about your customers, and yourself as well.
You have always been such a great person to deal with, and your service has been second to none.
Good luck to you always, and keep up the good work!

Its still cool to see that you're not gonna drop out of the business. We all respect the fact that the spores are being sold for a legal purpose. Its that every thousandth person that decides to do something illegal with them...

Say boxTop. I just had a "brain fart"!
If you really want to push your image of your "Microscopy use only" concept why not have a contest in which you give away one of those awesome Investigator 138 microscopes that you sell!
It might come out very handy for some guys that cant afford an expensive medical fertility test.. . For example: "look now honey? See there... there swimming!.. and that there is a REAL fast polywag.. - You see, I told you it wasnt my fault!"
Just a thought.

Things have become far more serious among online spore vendors. The legal risk to the vendor has been heightened
The PF situation brought to light the ugly fact of children buying spore syringes and using them for purposes other than microscopy.
The parents of those children are the one's responsible for the complaints to authorities which ultimately led to PF's demise.
In an effort to curtail children from buying from TLG we have decided to raise prices. This is a part of the changes that we felt neccesary to implement to help keep our business on safe ground.
I don't believe these changes in prices are so drastic that they will affect working adults who are the one's who's business we are targeting in the first place.
Hopefully you folks will feel that the service and product that TLG provides is worth the increase in price.
I think for what you receive, the prices are still more than fair.

son, didn't you pay attention in economics class? it's called supply and demand. demand has been on a steady rise and supply just took a sharp fall. now get your books out class and turn to chapter 1....

TLG is on it's way out too.
We are not refilling stock. When I run out of stock, that will be it. When I run out of strains, TLG will no longer exist.
This will happen sometime around late summer or possibly sometime next year I predict. I have lots and lots of stock!
Btw, my prices are still lower than most if not all the vendors so I don't think they are unreasonable.
