the big one is on oak tree. the young one is on dead birch tree. are they chaga or not?

Probably but, but probably not the same medicinal value as on Birch, as Chaga concentrates betulin from Birch it is eating.

do you any idea what's orange lump over that chaga? is that part of chaga? and in another picture which the orange fungus on birch tree maybe prime chaga?

Isn't it actually sclerotia like the rest of the Chaga lump? As far as i know the fruit body lives under the bark and is rarely seen.

fOops, yeah it's not the fruit body its the vegetative part of the mushroom.
