U.k. inactive snaps (ID request)

All found growing in mixed deciduous woodland in the midlands. I never took spore prints of any of these, and few photos purposefully taken for I.D., but any educated guesses would be much appreciated ...
#1. Bruises orange within a few seconds of applying pressure (Can be seen on photo of gills somewhat).
#2.
#3. Different species from the first, black gills. (No better picture, sorry)
#4.
#5.
Cheers.

Does Chlorophyllum rhacodes grow in the UK? I think it's Macrolepiota procera.

Yeah, I think it grows all around Europe. Look at the smooth stipe and red bruising, that pretty much rules M. procera out.

It's C. rhacodes. Macrolepiota procera doesn't bruise orange. Also M. procera has the typical brown-greyish scaly texture on the stipe that these Chlorophyllum lack:
See especially the base of the stems here:

Thanks very much guys.
Good to have an idea of what #1 is... They're all over the place round mine at the moment, lots of them in fairy rings in the woods. Dead pretty like. haha
