So is this an isolate/monoculture?

K, so these are all from the first transfer of the original dish, and some have obvious sectors, but the last one Im not so sure about.I think it looks like an monoculture. Any thoughts?

Transfer it out again, find out if it re-sectors. Isolate is the term.

It's very pretty, you should drop some in grain jars while you have the dish open.

The last dish has numerous sectors between one and five o'clock.  It's lucky to see sectoring on only the second dish.  It usually takes three our four transfers.  The reason is there's so many strains competing for space, it looks like a monoculture.

If your interested I could post the original dish with the contaminate. its pretty neat. the myc. is starting to grow over the contamanite

the first is the original dish, I think I messed that one up by wiping a huge amount of spores on the dish.lol...I mean alot. the second is from my test of my flowhood.I had 10 dishes out, and closed one every two minutes. thats the last dish at 20 min open.

I hear holding it up to the light makes it easier to see....

I wish I had sectors to inspect maybe I'll get lucky on my 2nd transfer
