I have to give back my computer because it is a rental from Colortyme. I have to format the whole thing. Has anyone rented a computer before and returned it???
I am giving it back because along with all the other junk we got from them, the bill is way too much now....

yes, use a low level format or a program that'll write over your entire hard disk many times to completely get rid of the data. You don't want to get in trouble because a simple data recovery can recover almost all your data. You see that news article about this group at a university that bought a bunch of used computers off ebay and even they were formatted they recovered credit card numbers, personal informations and lots of porn.

I have Sure delete it one of the cheaper Goverment delete programs it writes over the deleted stuff 80,000 times have fun trying to put that puzzle back together take them years to do it too.
