yea, can you define complete? and brf/verm will grow strong mushrooms. it is the most widely used (probally because it is easy to do), but they produce good shrooms.

Don't ask

I think he is confused with the translation!
BRF is a complete substrate like any other substrate once its fully colonized.
Does your friend want how BRF is comparable to other substrates like Rye grain, Birdseed, Popcorn...etc. ?

Hi Rydawg,
Hey please check your other "pick one mushroom" post, I had a question on how to translate your last note (which I asked in my reply). I really want to understand what your friend in Denmark said ! ! !

If you do a Shroomery search, you will find that no totally scientific study has been done to compare BRF vs Rye on potency, but generally, all other things being equal, the general opinion is they give roughly the same potency (of course yield is usually greater with cased rye). Aber mit Sheitz auch, die Pilzen konnten staercher vielleicht sein ! ! !

PF claims brf mushise are stronger than ones from any other substrate, i personally think this is due to the smaller size, and you'd eat more mushies to a g and get more goodies.
