magnesium deficiency?

has anybody suffered from this and what was your symtpoms..
ive been havin alot of muscle spasms/cramps
back pain which i was tested with a mri/ct scan and ultrasound cuz they thought it was my gall bladder/apendix
insomina
angry issues
severe depression
fatigue
chest pains which i was tested with ekg
aniexty
and i sweat alot when i do get some excersie or even a hot day
ive seen alot of doctors and been in the er too many times to count and nobody can find anything.. so with my researcher and a buddy told me to research mg so just wondering if anybodys been tested and treated and all of that
btw im 30 and 190 lbs 5 foot 11 white guy
all of these symptoms started after last year i withdrawled for over a month comin off a 10 year opiate habbit then caught the swine flu for another month.. then the back first then onto everything else.. now my feet cramp every morning when i wake up for my 5-6 hour nap cuz i cant sleep in for the life of me.
the chest pains and back pains are just horrible for 30
ps i dont eat greens or nutz.. just mainly green beans not black beans and i dont eat any kind of nutz

ive got similar symptoms, always have, and im really betting its my diet.

have you tried taking some magnesium pills? i think they have a pretty immediate effect.

actually.. ive read supplments are the worst way to go and it can take up to 12 months to get enough MG in your cells where it needs to be
but ya i have. plus magnesium oxide is junk and our bodies have major issues absorbing it.. so the good supplments are pretty expensive..
but ya im desperate so i sure have

I dont think its gettin old.. the malnutrion mixed with severe stress and the sudden onset of symtpoms leads me to believe otherwise
has anyone been dianosed with this?

withdrawals and getting sick can definitely induce a drop in testosterone, which by the sound of your symptoms fits.
start exercising or lose what you still have

ya my muscles are still very weak..
i have access some test patches .. think i should give them a go to help bulid the muscles thats killin me?

i take magnesium nightly, not sure if i'll continue when i run out, but just thought i'd mention
