What is making you have a bad trip? Find the source of your fear and anxiety.
If you use this bad trip as a learning experience, it will be helpful to you. Learn from it.

My advice is to go meditate.

Try taking a shower man and brushing your teeth it fells really good!  Just imagine being in a tropical rain forest and the water (shower ) is cleansing all your problems away

I'm Ok now. That was sure one hell of a ride. I shut off the computer and went and layed down and kept reminding myself it would be over in an hour or two.

dude, the one thing to do about a bad trip is laugh at the SHIT you're thinking. Just think its hilarious that this is that and that is happening b/c of this etc... That's what I do and it works.

i did that shit one time on 10 grams...ugh it was so wierd...i kept hearing voices and seeing alien and shit and was thinking all crazy like....but im kinda glad...teaches you to respect the mushroom

Bad Trips allways start from one little thing. I have a friend who took one mini hit from som resin we managed to scratch out from a tin container were we've kept all types of weed. The shit was in that jar for years. Anyway, he took a hit and it hit him hard. He was standing infront of the table leaning on the table with his hands in awe rocking back and forth going, "oh my god thats some good shit... fuck that was so good... oh my god that kicked in.. I think I'm tripping..." like that for minutes and suddenly he grapped his cap and complained about how tight it was. That was all, the cap was tight,lol! And he started rolling on the floor wigging out totally saying his brain was going to explode and all of that. Even after he took the cap off he was freaking out, it looked like he was dying! Bad Trips start from the smallest things...and if this example isnt perfect then I dont know what is.

The only reason I EVER have difficult/frightening trips is because no matter how many times I've tripped in the past, every new time I eat shrooms I forget about "old reality" and think I'll never come back, like, THIS time it's different. THIS time I really fucked myself up, etc.

The day I can truly believe I'll come down again while tripping is the day I can trip again, as I am abstaining from it for a long time, if not indefinitely.

My bad trips are usually to do with me passing out and dying or some shit, like getting TOO deep and something going wrong with my body, but I usually write it off in my mind but it creeps back up EVERY TIME.

My first and only shroom trip was a 'bad' trip. I got stuck in one of those time loop things and I got really nauseated. It was really scary and I even cried for awhile cause I thought I was stuck forever! But at the same time it was interesting, I was having the most amazing CEVs ever. I think I'd still trip again.
