right, all of you talk about tyvek,
I live in the UK, do we get that over here? all my padded envelopes are jiffy & filled with pulped paper!
polyfill is stuff you put in the cracks in the walls! (well polyfilla)

can I use dust masks or is there a UK equivalent that is better?

cheers for your help

Go to the cosmetics counter at any drugstore and ask for "cotton balls". Check the label and make sure they're synthetic and there you have polyfil.

Go to the hardware store and ask for house wrap and that's tyvek

Go into a fabric store and ask for polyester filler or batting. It is the stuff they fill comfortors/quits with. Damn cheap stuff so replace your filters every time you use them.

I'm nobody.

I swear I'm not trying to be obnoxious here

Do you have FedEx there? FedEx envelopes (the FedEx pack ones, not the cardboard ones) are tyvek. Also try a pet store for polyfill (fish section). Either will do.

Cheers
