Hey Funky B., I like your SOS tek but i have combined it w/ the ADM to achieve some great results, thanks for the wisdom. What i have gleaned from your post is that; it is not wise to continue tissue culture if contams are present(why, because they would be 'carried on' to other cultures) in the case of the trichoderma. Don't let your meatloaf..Later

Not necessarily. A mushroom from that contaminated cake was cloned, but due to multiple accidents in the process only slight growth was achieved. No green mold appeared, but rather other nasty things such as COBWEB.
