I'm curious, how do you prepare/eat those and what do they taste like?

I think he dries them, powders them and then makes tea or capsules.
Correct me if I'm wrong.:justdontknow:

No but really, you usually dry and powder them into capsules. Or boil it into tea/stock.

...or just be a boss.
