Just to add to the above review, Vapir make shitty vaporizers and to top it off they're an even shittier company.

This works well, but I want a new one. I don't know which is the best for my buck though. Looking for convection models with temperature control only, at decent prices, preferably with quick heat up time and less noise.
There's a stack of quality models that fit your description,
"Log" style vapes: -Purple Days -Purple Days Pandora kit (DIY model, very popular) -Myrtlezap -Woodeez
Whip style: -Vaporbrothers -Vaporwarez Vaporcannon -DaBuddha -Silversurfer -Extreme (does bags too)
Waterpipe style -Vriptech VHW -Herborizer -VapeXhale Cloud (soon to be realsed)

I dunno what y'all are talking about saying it doesn't smell. Mine REAKS up the place, except it smells like fresh nugs and not smoke. People who don't know better would think you're growing or dealing.
That's mainly your Vapirs leaking.
Fresh vapor is very strong and lingers, exhaled vapor is weak and dissapates very quickly.

Glad to see another satisfied convert--
I've had a vaporbrothers for coming on around 4 years now-- nothing fancy, wood wedge with a ceramic element.
Lemme tell you, it never gets old. I have gotten 4 or 5 friends hooked into buying their own-- EVERYONE that tries it loves it.
And, wait till you get adventurous and vape something special, like DMT---
Oh yes-- yes you can

To anyone who has the Extreme Q, do you prefer the whip or bag style more, are the glass pieces durable, and what are the pros and cons of this vape?
In the market for a vape so just wanted to hear what you guys think.

Naw it doesn't really work well - but smoking it will work to a point. Or cooking.

for example, if you store the vaped weed in a container waiting to be used for cooking do u ever try to re-vape it again? Any luck?
Depends my friend. If you vape it till it burns almost black, you probably won't have much of anything worth putting in, but if you vape it till a ligher-medium brown then you could definitely throw it in there..
If you try the black, it'll just make your vape smell like shit, but the brown is still good if you have enough, it'll get you high but it won't taste as good either
I don't cook it though, I just vape it till right before it gets black so I use it all. Cooking vaped weed always gives me a disappointing high, if you could call it that, but I guess if you had a lot of light brown you could cook with it and hahve better results than me

I just vape mine to a dark brown then toss it, defeats the point of vaping to smoke it and I can't cook it at my house so I'm forced to waste it.

Oh no, I don't mean smoke, I never get it high enough on my vape to get smoke, I just mean a very dark brown basically to which nothing is on it really worth saving IMO..but you can do whatever you want

I've had a volcano
I'm using a $100 whip style box vape.... works like a charm like any other vape. I've used a lightbulb when I was younger and the better vapes are worth it
