do i patch case mycellium or blast it with water by misting

i took my cased tray out of the incubator a couple of days ago.
it had mycellium growning in the valleys, which i patch cased.
now there is mycellium comming through the casing again.

do i patch case this mycellium or blast it with water by misting?

i never patch. only mist if it looks dry.
