White fluff?

I have some random white fluff appearing on my pre-made growkit. Is it contamination? Or is it just before pin heads form?

It is mycelium spreading over the surface. Its is the same as the white section in the middle of the growkit. It will become more noticable after a couple of days and in about a week mushrooms should start growing out of it if conditions are right.good luck
