did you even read the whole thread of the link he posted?
i know nothing of this species of mushroom, nor am i really interested. but i took the time to read that thread.
and from what i read you need to rehydrate the mushrooms. not just place dried mushroom on agar.

I'm assuming your refering to the method with the jars and distilled water?
I'm new to growing mushrooms, so forgive me for not realizing that rehydrating was an important part. I'm just trying to get to a point were I understand all the steps properly.
there isnt just one set of steps that you need to follow for success.
all posts made by RogerRabbit should be listened to.
yes i am referring to the jars of distilled water.
there was really no other information posed in that thread.
it was said not to use h2o2 in that thread. it was also said not to use bleach in that thread.
the jars of distilled water was the only piece of information in that thread.
yes that is what i was referring to.

Austrip said: Yes well I did read that, and the part about h2o2 and bleach. I've actually been back to the thread a few times over the last few days trying to understand everything. :P
I have also relized that R.Rabbit is an intelligent dude on the subject of shrooms and have already searched through many of his posts to answer my questions.
