L..C. to pasteurized Bulk?

Simple Question, can i use this http://www.mycopath.com/mushroom-compost-10lbs-p-49.html
and inoculate it with this http://www.mycopath.com/liquid-culture-jar-light-malt-extractdextrose-p-31.html
And then fruit the colonized bag?
Will there be any degradation in the spores or fruits because i did not L.c. to grain, than grain to bulk?
p.s. i know i should just make my own l.c. and maybe compost but due to certain circumstances i cannot at this time. Also i will probably do l.c. to a small grain jar, just to make sure the culture is contaminate free

I don't see why you can't do that. Make sure you flame the needle before injecting in to the LC jar and then once the jar has collenized then make sure to flame sterilize the needle before withdrawing the LC and then again before injecting it into the bag of compost. Hopefully it will collenize fully and not contam if everything is completely sterile and the spore syringe has no contams.
Good luck.

Here are some helpful links. It MAY work, but I don't think that just compost would work. I've never done bulk, but these links will give u a much better understanding.

First, if you pay $12.95 for a jar of LC, you're an idiot. Second, it won't work. Spore->lc->grain->bulk.

LC > grain spawn > pasteurized bulk substrate.
That's how you do it my firend, don't cut corners, there's always a price to pay when you cut corners...history has taught us that and we should not ignore history.

yeah, it's a simple question. it doesn't work that way. there's just not enough nutrients to support it.
btw doc it's not 12.95, it's on sale for 10.95

I will say it is just slightly possible to make the idea work- I've done lc->coir before. But it doesn't work well and doesn't yield much.
